The support portal, by Freshdesk, is a place for us to keep in touch. When you call, text, or email, a ticket is created. It's like email, but a bit more focused and quite helpful for referring back to if we ever run into the same issue again. If it's not your thing, no big deal. We can still chat through the portal, via email.
